This welcome page serves as our website’s message center. It summarizes important messages from Summit Retirement Plan Services and provides confirmation of your data submissions. From time to time, Summit will instruct you to go to our secure website to retrieve important messages and/or electronic files related to your plan(s). Once you have read a message, you can delete it if you so choose.
Service
Your plan’s
Client Service Manager will be available to assist with any plan-related questions. Additionally, a dedicated Technical Assistance Helpline will be available during normal business hours to assist with specific questions related to the functionality of the enhanced website. The local telephone number for the helpline is (330) 644-2044, Ext 6, and the toll-free telephone number is (866) 214-0640, Ext 6.

The updated website offers solutions for communicating critical messages to you, for retrieving sensitive information conveniently and quickly, and for storing readily accessible plan-related documents and reports. Following are descriptions of the pages available on the secure website,
Documents
This page provides secure access to important files related to your plan. This is where Summit will post various items for your reference, and it is where you can go to securely access and retrieve sensitive plan-related information. You can open any of the files to view them, and you can save them to your computer. Here are a few types of files that will typically be posted to this page:
- Plan Document, Plan Amendments and Summary Plan Descriptions
- Annual Compliance Reports
- Prior Year General Data Forms and Employee Census Information
- Form 5500 Packets
- Notices and Announcements
User Management
This page provides a list of all users who are authorized by the Plan Sponsor to access this site. The ability to add, remove or update secondary users is limited to the primary user. Secondary users will be able to view/access all areas of the website; however, they will not be able to edit any user information.
Year End Information
This page allows you to provide important information required to complete the annual administration for your plan. On an annual basis, Summit will direct you to this page in order to gather year-end plan information. There are two critical items that we need to receive on an annual basis: 1) General Data Form, and 2) Employee Census.

This page provides a comprehensive list of all
Summit Team Members – Name, Title, Telephone extension, E-mail and Secure Upload Link. The secure upload link is meant to be used for any type of electronic file; however, it is not to be used for year-end information gathering. All year-end information gathering needs to be processed through the “Year End Information” page so that it gets tracked properly on our automated system.
Security
Summit is using state-of-the-art encryption technology to protect your data. All access to information will be client-specific. The “primary” user for each plan will be able to log in to the website using his or her registered e-mail address, and will be able to add, remove or update “secondary” users with a few simple keystrokes.
