A Successful History of Client Service
Mike and Greg Spickard, both former employees of Schwab and its predecessor Hampton Pension Services, founded Summit Retirement Plan Services in 1996. Summit now has over 50 employees and manages over 1100 plans ranging from the very small to the very large, some with several thousand employees. We address the concerns of the very small employer but we have four enrolled actuaries on staff which permit us to manage very sophisticated plans for sponsors with special needs. We have a staff of professionals that bring a depth and breadth of experience and talent to our clients, their advisors and their retirement programs.

Summit’s mission is to help employers negotiate the intricate web of laws, rules, and regulations governing retirement programs. It is also to help employers take full advantage of the generous tax benefits that a properly designed plan can allow. To this end we provide custom studies and plan designs geared to individual employer needs and goals and we guarantee the professional caliber of our work.
In 2010 we will enter our 15th year of business, we endeavor to remain on the cutting edge of our industry and we look forward to serving the business community in this vital service area.
